This Citation Excel was, together with its sister-ship PH-RSA, registered during the autumn of the year 2000. CJI was entered in the Dutch register in November 2000, RSA in September 2000. Both Citation's are based at Paris Le Bourget. On 25 November 2008 both Citation's have been transferred to Uniwest Group BV, Teuge. On 6 January 2012 the Citation was cancelled from the Dutch civil aircraft register, its airworthiness certificate was expired for more than one year. On 12 December 2013 the Citation was registered again. On 11 April 2022 it was ferried from Teuge to Rotterdam for an avionics update.
