PH-ECI was the first business jet of Exact Nederland BV, a major softwarehouse located in Delft. The Citation Jet entered the Dutch Civil Aircraft Register during September 1999 and was based at Rotterdam airport. On 17 October 2008 the CJ1 was transferred from Exact to Ypsilon BV, Breda.
