This brand new Citation Excel was delivered during September 2000 to Cartier Europe. Its sister-ship PH-CJI did arrive two months later. PH-RSA was transferred to Uniwest Group BV, Teuge on 25 November 2008. The picture shows PH-RSA at Groningen-Eelde. PH-RSA was cancelled on 31 October 2011, after its BvL 5955 expired. On 5 July 2014 it was registered again with BvL 8272. On 20 December 2022 it was transferred to ARF AB, and on 13 January 2023 it was cancelled from the Dutch register and exported to Sweden as SE-RLV.
