A reservation for tailnumber PH-TEV was made on 9 January 2009 by Uniwest Air Bv, and on 16 January 2009 the reservation was changed into Uniwest Groep BV. This pre-owned Cessna Citation was first painted with tailnumber PH-TEU. It is still unclear if someone made an error, or someone changed his mind. The Cessna Citation has previously been operating with tailnumbers: D-ICIA, LX-YKH, C-FMAN, N503GP, N586CC. On 31 October 2011 PH-TEV was cancelled from the Dutch registry after its BvL expired.
