The second aircraft allocated PH-MSX is a pre-owned Cessna 650 Citation III that has previously been operating in Germany and the USA. Originally intended to operate with tailnumber PH-EVY, but that did not happen. Instead the markings PH-MSX had been reserved on 23 June 2006. On 16 October 2006 the Citation III was registered as such with SolidaiR, Eindhoven, but the aircraft was already noted with these markings on 12 September 2006 at Schiphol-Oost. Previous tailnumbers are: D-CARE, N1239L, N123SL, N27SD, N75RN, N75RD and (N1323Y). SolidaiR was declared bankrupt on 7 October 2011, and on 1 June 2012 the Citation was registered to Fleet Lease BV, Rijssen. On 21 February 2014 the Citation was wfu: Withdrawn from use, and cancelled from the Dutch register. On 28 February 2014 the Citation was noted at Eindhoven minus its engines. Tailnumber N6707L was allocated to Preferred Airparts LLC from Kidron, Ohio, so it is most unlikely this Citation will ever fly again, as it will be broken down for spare parts.
